Wylder, Port St. Lucie Real Estate
Wylder is a 1,970-acre master-planned community by GreenPointe Developers, tucked between Midway Road and Glades Cut-Off Road in the western corner of Port St. Lucie. It is still early days here — the first homes went up in late 2022, the Glynlea Country Club course opened in 2025, and the community is currently tracking toward 3,400 single-family homes and 600 multifamily units at full build-out projected for 2035 to 2040. That makes Wylder one of the Treasure Coast's most compelling buy-early opportunities. Brystol delivers attainable single-family homes from the $350s built by Lennar and Meritage, while Four Seasons serves the active adult market from the $300s with K. Hovnanian ranch-style floorplans and a private Audubon Club amenity center. Glynlea Country Club anchors the upper end with homes from the $400s to above $1M on a Jim Furyk-designed 18-hole course — the first signature course Furyk has designed. And the newest addition, Waverly, brings 310 townhomes from the upper $200s for buyers entering the market for the first time. Inventory is elevated and days on market are hovering around 46, which means buyers are in a strong negotiating position right now.
